This large Brazier pan can simmer meats and vegetables in small amounts of liquids for long periods of time to tenderize tough cuts of meat, or soften vegetables. Its aluminum construction makes it heat conductive and gives it excellent heat retention for all your slow cooking needs. This commercial grade pan is NSF listed and should be hand washed for best cleaning results.
