Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any items that you purchased from AbleKitchen.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error) minus a 25 percent restocking fee. Items must be in original condition. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Returns are subject to manufacturer's return policy.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions before returning any product. Please allow thirty days from the date of your return for your credit to appear on your billing statement. Any item received without a Return Authorization # will not be accepted by our shipping department.

AbleKitchen.com guarantees you the lowest prices plus 110% Price Protection!

AbleKitchen.com guarantees the lowest price on everything we sell. If you find an item elsewhere (before or within 30 days of your purchase from ablekitchen.com), you will be eligible for our "110% price protection" program.

Here's how it works:

* The item must be the identical product, including model, year, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc.

** The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current. AbleKitchen.com will only match prices with other authorized vendors.

*** In some cases when you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. "Gift-with-purchase" offers cannot be considered in the price match calculation.

**** In addition to matching the lower price, we will add 10% of the difference between the two prices to your refund.

Competitor Price (+S & H):	$95.00
Difference:	$5.00
10% Bonus:	$0.50
Total Refund:	$5.50



*Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period.

*Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use, will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee.

NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of business", "Liquidation Sales" or companies in distress. Able Kitchen reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our Price Match Policy.
