This 12" fry pan is constructed of heavy duty 3003 series aluminum alloy with a 3.5 mm aluminum thickness that enables it to heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly throughout the pan. It has an easy to clean non-stick coating that allows you to fry food without using oil, enabling you to expand your healthy cooking options. It also features a sturdy aluminum riveted handle that keeps it securely connected to the pan so it never needs to be tightened. A hole at the end of the handle allows for hanging for air drying and storage and since it is NSF listed you can be assured that it is perfect for commercial kitchen use.
