Dredges
A dredge is a baking tool used by shaking a dry ingredient on top of food to coat it prior to cooking to spice it up, or after cooking to add the final touches. You can dredge chicken with exotic spices or use a dredge with powdered sugar to sprinkle on donuts once they've cooled down. Useful and essential, a dredge comes with numerous perforations, with or without handles, that will help you sprinkle just the right amount on your food.
