The Winco TOS-4 Offset Spatula with 4-1/4" Blade is short and narrow with a thin, flat metal blade that extends out on an angle from a riveted wooden handle. You can use this blunt blade to spread frosting on precise areas on a cake or on cookies and cupcakes, or to gently press batter into an even layer into a cake or cupcake pan before placing it in the oven. The small offset blade is easy to place underneath cookies or cupcakes to lift them up and off of their pans onto a cooling rack, and will help keep your hands clear from coming into contact with hot pans or smoothed frosting.
