You will be able to handle multiple cooking and baking tasks with the Winco WBR-20 Flat Pastry Brush 2" Wide. This pastry / basting brush features a 5" wooden handle with a metal ferrule that prevents bacteria and holds the boar bristles securely in place for ease of use. Since the natural boar bristles absorb liquids well, your egg wash, water or oil can be coated onto bread, rolls or pastries prior to baking to form a nice golden crust. This pastry brush also soak up meat juices in a pan in order to distribute juices over the meat to yield rich, moist roasted meats. Easy to hand wash and featuring a hole for easy hanging, this pastry brush is a must in your bakery, restaurant or cafe.
