Winco WBR-40 Flat Pastry Brush 4" Wide

Versatile and durable, you will find lots of uses for the Winco WBR-40 Flat Pastry Brush 4" Wide in your bakery, cafe or restaurant. This 4" wide natural boar brush is highly absorbent and can be used to coat loaves of bread with egg wash, or to baste a turkey with basting juices absorbed from the bottom of the pan. At 4" wide, you can also use this pastry brush to dust flour off baking surfaces or dust off kitchen equipment. The wooden handle is 5-1/2" long and the bristles are easy to hand wash with soap and water.
