Electric Chafer Heaters

Different catering jobs or weather conditions may require the use of different heat sources, so its best to be prepared in advance by knowing the type of heat source that is permitted at your event. If open flames are not permitted, or the event is outdoors on a windy day, then electric chafer heaters are an excellent alternative to canned fuel heat. An electric chafer heater is quite simple to use. Simply place it on the chafer shelf beneath the water pan and plug it into an outlet. It will provide even distribution of heat to the food as long as needed. The added safely of not using an open flame, combined with even heat emission, makes it a practical way to keep warm food in the chafer at any time an electrical outlet is available.
