When it comes to basting or coating your pastries or roasts, try the Winco WFB-15 Flat Pastry / Basting Brush 1-1/2" Wide. The sleek wooden handle features an attractive plastic ferrule that keeps the bristles in place so you can comfortably apply oil or egg wash to your baked goods. The natural boar bristles are absorbent, so liquids can be easily absorbed from the bottom of your baking pan to be applied to your meat or vegetables. Hand washable and highly durable, pastry brushes can also be used to dust off kitchen equipment or to apply oil to pans.
