Great for basting, oiling and other coating tasks, the Winco WFB-30 Flat Pastry / Basting Brush 3" Wide can also be used to brush off kitchen equipment or dust flour off baking surfaces. Featuring an easy grip wooden handle with a plastic ferrule that holds the bristles firmly in place, this pastry / basting brush has highly absorbent natural boar bristles which soak up juices for basting meat or applying egg wash to pastries. Easy to wash by hand and highly versatile, you'll want to have several pastry brushes in your commercial kitchen.
