Perfect for coating breads and pastries with egg wash before baking or soaking up juices in pans to spread it over meat, this little brush can handle a lot of tasks in your commercial kitchen. This pastry brush features a 4-1/2" wooden handle with a metal ferrule that is heat-resistant and holds the bristles securely in place. The natural boar hair bristle can soak up liquid so it can be used to marinade meats or spread barbecue sauce on burgers.
