The Winco PGW-1018 Full Size Wire Pan Grate, 18" x 10" can serve many purposes in your commercial kitchen. Use in full size steam table pans to drain fat and liquids while cooking; or use after cooking for cooling and draining purposes. This wire pan grate is constructed of chrome-plated wire mesh with evenly spaced wires that provide plenty of air ventilation. It has built-in welded feet so it sits above the pan, allowing air to circulate fully around the cooked items. It also features an anti-jam design around the perimeter that prevents the edges from getting damaged. Important for cooling your baked goods so they don't get soggy this wire grate is also a convenient platform for icing cookies and cakes.
